Pumpkin Cookies
I have had a few requests for the recipe for the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip cookies that I made for our soldier. The picture and following receipe are from All Recipes. I followed some of the reviewers advice and changed the spices to 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp nutmeg. I also used an entire 15 oz. can of Libby's pumpkin. It's a little more than a cup but worked fine. I think I added another dash of flour to compensate. I cooked the cookies for 10 minutes at 365 degrees as some other suggested as well. They were delish!!! ...

Gorgeous Walk
I went for a lovely walk along the Snohomish River Trail today. Plenty of signs that fall is on the way. I love that all of the berries are out, leaves are changing colors, the light is changing.
